 The J. Foster Phillips Funeral Home was founded in 1929 by J. Foster Phillips who recognized the need for a Funeral Home in the Queens area that paid attention to detail and provided professionalism and dignity.
For decades upon decades, we have fulfilled that special quality of services to families in our community and beyond. Our caring, dedicated staff make sure that our facility, products and services are unequaled, and we are proud of our reputation.
Our clientele appreciated our focus on detail and thus, we ourgrew the previous locations and moved to this site in the Spring of 1953. Our growth commanded us to renovate and expand the size of our funeral home at the present site.
Our renovation efforts included the amenities we wanted because we knew our families needed a place of serenity and comfort when they came to pay their respects.
Today more than 30 employees, each with a special talent, enhance our personal service.
While we are happy with our progress thus far, we continually strive to improve our personal services in caring for the deceased. as well as listening and taking care of their grieving family who must make final choices and arrangements for their loved one. |
